The reference is cuckoo's from Legend of Zelda. There's also a reference to Skyrim (or the Elders Scrolls) in the first village where you can find a description of alchemy items.Ī lost viking can be found, there's a fighter called Ababa in reference of Abobo, a cave name is a reference to LOTR ( Noria ) and there's even a joke in french (references to a TV show called Kaamelot ).Ĭlucktyle Island - Future (spelling please) There's a chicken, when you slay it a bunch of angry chickens coming chasing after you. The chest finder has a > 9k written on the bottom. Prison - Past you can find the corpse of Sir Daniel, the protagonist of Medievil. In Giro's Lab - Present, there are also Daleks, a Metroid, and a couple Xenomorphs. Giro's Lab the first computer you come across located next to a xenomorph you get WoW - Present. Red Ribbon, as well as some pods labeled 16 (next to the big destructo machine), 17, 18, and 19, a reference to the Red Ribbon Army, and Dr Gero's Androids from Dragon Ball Z.ĭr. So below I will be making a list of references I know and how they relate to each character. Luckily save files can be reloaded to escape the (I guess not completely) infinite loop but it does seem like somewhat of a problem, so I thought I'd report about it just in case.Īlso if someone can show me how to upload screenshots in here, they may help to explain my point/ show what happened, also they are quite funny :P.So, this is something I don't see here, which is odd given how MANY references in the game there are. and from here you can jump back to the starting area, trapping you forever in the entrance of the room, or alternatively, you can trap yourself under the first bridge, I guess i deserved that one for trolling the crystal. If there is any chance of this being fixed, I'd also like to point out that with a bit of timed jumping, after hitting the first perspective switching crystal if you jump to the left and up to the 2 circular platforms above you can jump back to the right on top of this first crystal (or alternatively just stand above it when hitting it, somehow i hadn't figured that one out yet). Also on a fun sidenote, somehow my character is halfway into the background/supposed floor so sometimes one of my arms is just not there or half of my character is sunk into the background :P. For further glitching fun if you manage to run towards the perspective switching crystal within those 8 seconds you break the game even more by having it snap you back in changed perspective, making you see yourself fall down to the entrance during the cutscene and afterwards youll be trapped down there with not much anywhere to go. On the first puzzle in the anomaly, after you get in the 8 sec time loop, if you step on one of the switches the second your timer ends the game will both load the reset and clear cutscene at the same time, and after playing both of them you are in the cleared room (with the bridge) while the timer is still visible and when it ends it snaps you back like it is supposed to do, however at this point the room ahs been cleared and the switches are deactivated since they should not server any more purpose at this point, meaning the loop cant be ended. I found a somewhat troubling bug in the anomaly (oh the irony) I'm not sure where to post bugs so ill just put it in here, if this isn't the right place and anyone can point me to the place to go then i'm more than happy to (re)move the post.
